Description

Join NYC Bird Alliance for a morning stroll through Central Park, just ahead of peak fall migration. Before heading off to the ramble, we’ll walk past the renovated Rockefeller Wing and learn about upcoming plans for the very bird-friendly Tang Wing at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. In the ramble, we’ll be on the lookout for early fall migrants, including warblers, tanagers, and vireos. Led by NYC Bird Alliance urban biodiversity specialist Tod Winston, board member Jeff Kimball, and executive director Jessica Wilson.

Registration required. Must be a current NYC Bird Alliance member to register. No limit.

Accessibility:

Central Park generally contains paved and unpaved paths of varying inclines, but we will stick to paths most comfortable for everyone.

Directions: Meeting location to be shared in confirmation email.
