Description

Join us for an evening stroll in Prospect Park, one of New York’s favorite birding hotspots. We'll have a chance to spot plenty of bird species while also keeping an eye out for the last few bats of the season. Seasonal scientist Nic Comparato will share insights on their work across NYC.

Must be a current NYC Bird Alliance Member. Registration required. Limited. Participants will need close-toed shoes, bug spray, and a flashlight or headlamp.

Accessibility and Directions:

Prospect Park trails are paved and mostly flat, but may be wet and muddy. Multiple restrooms can be found all across the park. The F and G trains can be found close to the meeting location. There is no onsite parking. For more information on directions, visit the Prospect Park website.
