Description

Originally launched in Harlem and Washington Heights, the Audubon Mural Project, which raises awareness about bird species vulnerable to extinction due to climate change through public art, has since expanded across the country. Most recently, through a partnership with NYC Parks’ Art in the Parks program and NYC Parks GreenThumb, National Audubon Society and Gitler &_____ Gallery, introduced the program to community gardens across all 5 boroughs. Join Jenny Bogo, VP of Content, National Audubon, to hear how the program has grown and its impact in highlighting the threatened birds we are working to protect.
